Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on various HR-related matters, including employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and participate in the recruitment and selection process. Support onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Work closely with managers to develop talent management strategies, including performance evaluations, succession planning, and career development. HR Policies and Compliance: Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant and aligned with organizational goals. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Employee Engagement and Development: Collaborate with managers to drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and employee feedback mechanisms. Assist in the design and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth. HR Data Management and Reporting: Oversee HR data management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employee information, performance evaluations, and training records. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance HR practices and programs. HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate in and lead HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, process improvements, and organizational change management.
