The Babb Group has worked with a multitude of institutions ranging from small, faith-based institutions to large R1 institutions, including four-year public universities. Each of our technically savvy, creative instructional designers have at least a master’s degree and all of them have a minimum of five years’ experience. Our subject matter experts have at least a master’s degree and three years of teaching experience, though usually both their degree and experience are far greater. Our work in small and large institutions, with traditional and online faculty, with hybrid and fully online courses, with competency-based education, and with course mapping and credit hour compliance allow us to provide quality, thoughtful service.As online instructors ourselves, we know what makes for a successful or unsuccessful class and our focus is to design for the best possible outcome for any modality—online, hybrid, or face-to-face.We know that working adults and learners coming back to school for a new skill, trade or career are vital to local economies and in providing individuals with opportunities. We are skills-based focused, ensuring that experts and designers take a “how can I use this in real life approach”, and we do our best to create a community of engagement in the course.
