Responsible for leading clinician engagement and improvement across Banner. Partnering with Regional & Chief Clinical Leadership, along with other physician & nursing executive leaders, develops strategies to prioritize clinical improvement efforts for all areas of care delivery such as: acute, ambulatory, post-acute, etc. Drives the strategy for clinical consensus infrastructure, methodologies and coordination of resources in order to position Banner to be a leader in the healthcare industry. In partnership with the Patient Safety & Quality as well as the Infection Prevention, ensures that all clinical opportunities are incorporated in a system effort as well as aligning the focus and energy of Banner’s Clinical Consensus Groups (CCGs) to drive reportable metrics.
