An overview of my responsibilities as the Human Resources Manager are managing and leading the recruitment process and the overall utilization of Human Resources Recruiters for Audubon Nature Institute. Fully responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations. Collaborates to ensure understanding of hiring needs and develop innovative recruiting ideas. As the HRIS Administrator my responsibilities are to serve as the master user and main contact support for the organizations HRIS applications and modules. • Overseeing the recruiting team, HR Assistant and reporting on its performance.• Keeping track of staffing data (number of vacancies, number of hires).• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social media recruiting).• Participate in job fairs and career events.• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.• Coordinate employee requisition process by maintaining approved requisitions, posting vacancies internally, Audubon-wide and externally on Audubon website career page.• Review and maintain organization of the Audubon job description library.• Overseeing the development and implementation of the internship program.• Create and maintain compensation schedule of all positions Audubon wide.• Fulfills responsibilities associated with all parts of the unemployment process, terminations, appeals, and participating in hearings. HRIS (ADP) Administrator • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.• Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.• Programs custom functions and documentation such as paperless onboarding, performance reviews, policy acknowledgement and reports.• Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
