Developed new LookerStudio dashboard to visualize data for tracking performance over biweekly agile sprints and assess projected backlog to utilize team capacity and enable risk mitigation. Led workshops to drive consensus on data definitions and onboard new team members and stakeholders. Created new systems to define business impact and data quality exception severity for prioritized remediation. Updated the strategic roadmap for data quality initiatives based on business input to navigate ambiguity.
