Team member of the Enterprise Business Information Services (EBIS) Division maintaining stewardship over the ever-evolving Business IT portfolio of applications and systems required to support the Laboratory\'s robust and complex business processes. Manage technical projects or programs, working closely with cross functional teams engineers, product managers, user experience designers, and technical staff to plan, communicate, and execute program milestones and schedules. Manage/lead projects in Scrum/Agile methodology Responsible for Oracle iProcurement, Purchasing and Payables customization per contentious change in business process and customer needs. Works with cross-functional teams and business communities to gain understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and how they are configured in Oracle eBusiness Suites (on premise). Identify and resolve process improvement opportunities Elicit and capture relevant requirements and help users discover their real business needs. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, managing requirements and expectations to be able to build use cases, generated user stories, test scripts and test plans. Participates in design, setup and test of business software applications and interface solutions that will be delivered into JPL’s enterprise computing system environment according to organization\'s software development standards. Coordinate and communicate system upgrades, new features and changes to users and business process owners.
