As Sales Director at Archer Well Services, I lead commercial strategy and client engagement across well intervention and plug & abandonment (P&A) services — supporting operators in safely extending well life, enhancing performance, and responsibly managing late-life and decommissioning phases.Archer is a global provider of integrated well services and downhole technologies, with expertise spanning coiled tubing, wireline, slickline, fishing, wellbore clean-up, zonal isolation, and rigless P&A. We deliver engineered, field-proven solutions that align with our clients\' goals for safety, cost-efficiency, and Net Zero performance.In my role, I’m focused on:Driving strategic growth across key markets including the UK North Sea, Caspian, and AfricaBuilding strong, trust-based relationships with operators and alliance partnersSupporting the delivery of tailored well solutions that reduce downtime, enhance integrity, and minimise environmental footprintChampioning Archer’s technologies – such as our proprietary Romar magnetic tools, digital wireline diagnostics, and low-emission rigless P&A systemsI’m passionate about solution-oriented sales leadership, developing high-performing teams, and aligning technical capability with commercial outcomes.
