About Rita Kleem

As a Merchandise Director at Alpha Phi International Fraternity, I oversee the end-to-end merchandise management process, ensuring our members have access to high-quality products that reflect our sorority\'s values and identity. I collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, source, design, produce, and distribute sorority branded apparel and accessories, and manage the inventory and budget of the merchandise department. I am a Strategic Communications major with a minor in Fashion & Retail Studies at The Ohio State University, where I am pursuing my passion for marketing, branding, and fashion. I have gained valuable experience and skills in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing communications through my internships at Amie Rafa and at MPH Tech Academy, where I developed and executed comprehensive social media strategies that resulted in a significant increase in engagement and followers. I am motivated by the opportunity to create captivating and impactful content that connects with and inspires audiences across various platforms.
