ABOUT RITA DAJANI SIMPSON
Longtime Malibu resident with over 20 years of Business, Management and Real Estate Consulting experience. I came to Malibu with a very young family after working and enjoying life in some of the most dynamic capitals of the world: New York, Paris, London, Sao Paulo (Brazil) and Beirut. My Business School education at the Sloan School of Management at MIT opened the doors for me to travel the USA as a young Financial Analyst researching real estate investment opportunities and selecting acquisition targets for a foreign investment fund, later becoming part of their advisory team and helping negotiate major acquisitions involving hotels and condominium blocks in Manhattan, Houston and Boston. In the early 90’s I made the life changing decision to move to Malibu. Raising my family here was one of the best decisions in my life. The combination of a close community, natural beauty, casual sophistication and closeness to a major international artistic and business hub provided all I could need. Real Estate for me is the starting point for any life plan. It literally is the ground we stand on and where we spend most of our life. Choosing where we live is closely related to HOW we live which has great implications to the quality of our life and should not be taken lightly. I take great pride in helping my clients navigate through the complex factors that impact the outcome of their real estate goals and make sure they achieve the most advantaged outcomes, whether my clients are Sellers or Buyers.
