I currently work as O2C SAP Lead at MSC Cruises in Naples I am very interested in technology and in how it can be applied to every field, especially in Software solutions.I’m currently gaining about two years of experience in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) through a challenging and rewarding project in the cruise industry.The project involves the migration from a legacy accounting system to SAP BRIM, with a strong focus on implementing modules such as Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Contract Accounting (FI-CA) to handle billing and revenue processes.This transition has given me the opportunity to deepen my understanding of billing models, and to actively contribute to a digital transformation initiative. I’ve particularly appreciated the flexibility of the BRIM suite, which allows for a customer-centric billing solutions. It’s been a valuable learning journey that has strengthened both my technical skills and my business perspective.
