At Microsoft, my focus was harmonizing Human Capital Management with Data Privacy, process improvement and automation aka \'The Digital Transformation\'. With a keen eye on process improvement, my tenure is marked by spearheading initiatives which elevated automation and compliance in HCM and Applicant Tracking Systems. One of the highlights was an \"HR Hack\" centered around the GTA onboarding experience and streamlining the process for the HR, Recruiters, and Applicants. The solution was awarded 1st place! In my current role, I\'ve embraced the mantles of Global Data Privacy PM / Architect + CyberSecurity DLP Lead. While staying committed to furthering my involvement in HCM + ATS implementations and process improvement, I navigate the complexities of data protection and governance within HR, Legal, Retail and the Government. The experience gained at RedHat, Microsoft and the subsequent transition to my present position (Fortune 500 Retailer) reflects a steadfast commitment to fostering a secure and compliant organization. It\'s a mission that strategically connects CyberSecurity and Human Capital Management in defense against digital threats while optimizing HCM processes.
