I am a seasoned usability professional who can create various design and research artifacts and apply them directly to the development and improvement of client user experiences to make them more visually appealing, more intuitive, and more insightful. My strengths include the ability to see the big picture and yet not ignore details. As a team player, I work well with other project teams to coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to develop the most effective user experiences. I am a researcher experienced in extracting information from users, using design thinking methodologies such as personas, empathy maps, user interviews, surveys, mockups, prototypes, storyboards and usability studies, and then coordinating with project management and development to craft the best customer experience possible. Although my experience is predominantly enterprise, I can design at scale easily.
