I am a Digital Construction specialist with over 14 years’ experience applying BIM, information management and digital workflows to real project delivery across infrastructure, modular construction, retail, healthcare and education sectors.PhD Research & Innovation (Viva: June/July 2026)Currently completing a PhD at UWE Bristol focused on BIM–DfMA data transformation. My research bridges the gap between architectural design and precision manufacturing, specifically developing advanced workflows for- IFC to STEP AP242 manufacturing exports- Automated Geometry Validation and tolerance interpretation- Digital Traceability aligned with Digital Product Passports.Developer of OffBIMI developed OffBIM, a validated semantic interoperability engine that bridges BIM and manufacturing. OffBIM delivers high-fidelity IFC–STEP conversion, assembly extraction, and complexity classification—validated by 27 industry experts and currently in industrial pilot testing.Strong background in leading digital delivery on large-scale infrastructure projects including Hinkley Point C, Amazon facilities, schools/universities and healthcare projects.
