Assume responsibility for decision-making in crisis situations, including calls to the police and other emergency services.• Inform staff about important events, problematic situations, organizational procedures and policies, as well as client needs.• Provide feedback on information from the logbook, notes, incident reports, and other relevant client documentation.• Meet with clients, defuse situations, and resolve conflicts.• Review the logbook at the start of each shift and make logbook entries at the end of each shift.• Guarantee meticulous record-keeping standards and ensure daily activities and programs are maintained.• Develop individualized treatment plans with clients, aiming for short and long-term goals and ensuring transition plans for clients no longer requiring services.• Ensure health and safety for all team members and complete the necessary forms in case of accidents or incidents.• Provide ongoing support to case management to assess progress and ensure treatment plan outcomes are met and modified as needed.
