About Rita Abani
I am a second year year PhD student at the school of Applied Physics, Harvard SEAS working on Silicon Photonics for high speed communication. I hold an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science degree from the Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER), Bhopal and am deeply motivated to use Science and Technology for Social Good. I enjoy tennis, poetry, music, debating, learning new languages, quizzing, gardening and interacting with people from different cultures!
