Development Scientist at MiAlgae with experience across bioprocess development, production, and scale-up in industrial biotechnology.My background spans both production and R&D, which has given me a practical perspective on how processes translate from lab concepts to reliable manufacturing operations. Over the past few years I’ve worked across upstream and downstream processing, with recent projects centred around strengthening in-house downstream processing capabilities.I completed an MSc in Industrial Biotechnology (IBioIC) at University of Strathclyde, graduating with the highest credit average in my cohort. My academic background also includes a B.Tech in Biotechnology from B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai.I’m broadly interested in industrial biotechnology, biomanufacturing, and the challenge of scaling biological systems into robust, commercially viable processes.
