   Day-to-day duties:In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing group of bulk carriers as per owners, charterers, classification, and statutory mandates. I enable efficient execution of day-to-day functions, including maintenance, repair, survey schedule, and docking within budgetary constraints. I prepare vessels for trading after completion of all legal protocols and carry-out secondhand tonnage from different management and set up complete SMS and PMS system. I validate the presence of a well-informed and professionally developed ship\'s crew for the operation and maintenance of ship\'s equipment while adhering to MARPOL regulations.I contribute to the selection of senior officers and appraisal reports actively. Orchestrate periodical inspections of vessels and prepare detailed reports, as well as a report with the manager.Key Contributions:• Ensured fulfillment of Charter party requirements through keen examination of the performance of all managed vessels.• Designed study of BWTS and Scrubber system, developed up-gradation plan and conducted follow-up with the vessel for close-outs, whilst employing new upcoming within the defined time.
