Provided Systems Engineering consulting for a Command and Control (C2) software system in the UK Defence / Space sector- Generated an Integrated Test, Evaluation, and Acceptance Plan (ITEAP), Requirements and Acceptance Management Strategy (RAMS), Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and Project Schedule, and Verification & Validation Requirements Matrix (VVRM) template. Provided guidance on tailoring the traditional CADMID (Concept, Assessment, Demonstration, Manufacture, In-Service, Disposal - as adapted from ISO15288:2023) lifecycle towards Agile ways of working, particularly in regards to requirements management- Reviewed and outlined recommendations for system Use-Cases- Took responsibility for breaking down deliverables and tasks as appropriate within the ClickUp management tool, successfully delivering a 6 months\' worth of work ahead of schedule within 3 months.• Managing an internal R&D project and applying Model-Based Systems Engineering- Producing concept-level documentation such as a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and SEMP- Building a project schedule in ClickUp, breaking down and delegating tasks and deliverables- Contributing towards a System Requirements Specification within SparxEA using SysML v1.5, as well as a Functional Architecture- Successfully hosting and passing a System Functional Review after coordinating deliverables- Contributing towards an upcoming System Requirements Review (SRR)- Ensuring configuration control for project artefacts using Q-Hub.• STEM outreach activities- Developed a structured Work Experience programme for GCSE students to teach engineering and project management competencies, the end result was a significant success with our hosted student- Hosted guest lecture on Systems Thinking and Systems Engineering at the University of West England for 2nd Year Aerospace Engineering undergraduates.• Currently embedded at a prime defence contractor.
