I’m a people-first, solutions-driven professional with nearly 25 years of hands-on experience across the construction industry - from boots on the ground to leading commercial transformation and operational systems at Ginjo Construction.I’ve worked every role this industry offers - subcontractor, client-side, consultant, systems architect - and that journey means when I advise clients, I bring empathy, real-world insight, and genuine care for their success.A few years back, I built a subcontracting company from the ground up.
