ABOUT RISHIKHA SETTY
I am currently in my second year at Indiana University\'s esteemed Kelley School of Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation. My passion for lifelong learning, entrepreneurship, effective leadership, collaboration, and community impact has been evident throughout my academic and professional journey. My commitment to these qualities traces back to my high school years when I actively engaged with NAVJYOTI, where I spearheaded a project empowering rural women entrepreneurs. I successfully raised funds to provide them with smartphones, enabling them to conduct business efficiently. During my internship with Sureena Chowdhri Retail Private Limited, I had the opportunity to showcase my research capabilities. I conducted a comprehensive study on the transition from traditional brick-and-mortar retail to the dynamic world of e-commerce. My research also delved into the transformative effects of the younger generation\'s involvement in the business. Now, as I continue my education at Kelley, I remain deeply committed to achieving my professional goals while pursuing my personal interests and aspirations. I have proactively expanded my network within the business community and am eager to further enrich my involvement by becoming a member of relevant clubs and organizations. To further cultivate my strengths in collaboration, effective communication, and problem-solving, I am strategically planning to undertake a meaningful internship this upcoming summer.
