I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. Holding a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering and with over 2.5 years of experience across varied roles, I have worked as a Technical Recruiter at Collabera, a Site In-Charge at SGB (for TATA Steel), and as a Maintenance and Operation Engineer at Plastochem India Pvt Ltd (also for TATA Steel). Through these roles, I have effectively managed projects, optimized workflows, and fostered team collaboration.My MBA studies are focused on deepening my understanding of HR management, enabling me to integrate my technical skills with strategic HR principles to support a productive and innovative work environment and drive organizational success.
