Hi, I’m Rishika — a Management student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a background in Computer Science, a head for strategy, and a heart for solving real-world problems. I started my journey in tech — working on backend workflows and dashboards at Fidelity Investments. It gave me a strong foundation in how systems function. But what really lit me up was asking the “why” behind the work — what drives decisions, growth, and long-term impact? That curiosity led me to consulting.
