About Rishika Saha
At my core, I\'m someone who loves observing people, their interactions, their motivations and the little things that make them feel connected. That curiosity has shaped my journey into pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology & Sociology and eventually a Master\'s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.I believe that work is more than just deadlines and deliverables. It\'s also about stories, relationships and growth. That\'s why I want to use psychology not only to analyze systems, but also to humanize them, helping organizations create cultures that are both productive and compassionate.Looking ahead, I aspire to build a career where I can combine research, empathy and strategy to design environments where people feel supported, engaged and valued.Outside of academics and work, I\'m someone who loves reflecting, connecting with people and constantly learning new perspectives.
