He has the unique distinction of leading the transformation of Au Financiers to AU SFB and leading the application process for Universal License. He is a Digital Transformation Specialist and an aspiring Board member to contribute his experience to grow the NBFCs and Banks in the country in an orderly manner. His varied experience of working in a global bank - Citibank as well as an emerging NBFC / Largest SFB (AU SFB) and across the country with customers and employees gives him a unique perspective of the evolution of banking and the rural / semi urban markets in India.He led the fastest to Rs. Crs Retail Branch Banking franchise in the country which is unprecedented amongst Pvt sector banks in India. The distribution, acquisition and engagement strategy has propelled the Branch Banking business to be larger than the next 2-3 SFBs put together year on year. Ability to attract talent to a new SFB, articulating the vision of the bank and engaging the employees in a very challenging external environment has been core to make this a successful franchise.
