The solution boosts both the customer service and CSM productivity by 150%, while delivering consistent, accurate, and scalable query handling across thousands of policyholders.• Text analytics, ML & MLOps – AWS Sagemaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, EC2, FastAPI, Inferencing Refactored and deployed 5 text classification models on AWS to reduce latency by 60% and increased availability of the solution. Configured autoscaling to achieve a significant performance boost, handling 20 million requests per month, and reducing inference time from 150 ms to 60 ms. • Cattle Monitoring, Computer vision – Built a scalable CV pipeline using YOLOv8 and AWS Rekognition to automate cow behavior tracking (sitting, standing, walking, mounting). Deployed posture/activity classification and motion-based walking detection models on AWS Sagemaker for real-time monitoring
