Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion. This includes identifying key project constraints, producing realistic plans, creating a database to track man hours, vendor usage and project progress, and implementing risk management within schedules. The role also involves preparing field fixes to accommodate for construction issues and defective supports, attending project meetings, presenting specific aspects of engineering assignments, and coordinating with contractors to establish action plans to correct progress deficiencies and maintain schedules. Additionally, the Project Planning and Coordination Engineer will evaluate and approve design changes, specifications, and drawing releases, and perform structural inspections and rehabilitation as needed.Key Responsibilities: End-to-end project lifecycle management (design → execution → handover) Strategic planning, scheduling & risk control for PEB projects Cross-functional coordination with design, procurement & site teams Ensuring safety, quality & compliance to industry standards Vendor & material management for timely project delivery On-site supervision of erection & commissioning activities Progress tracking, reporting & client communication Driving on-time & cost-effective project completion
