Tendera) Pre-Tender Activities• To Search tenders through various online and offline resources to find a lead.• To review techno-commercial pre qualifying requirements of tenders.• To prepare tender synopsis for seeking opportunity and participation.• To arrange EMD, Tender Fee, processing Fee for participation in tenders.• To make draft of EMD for bank guarantee.• To co-ordinate with internal departments (finance, accounts, purchase, human resource andproduction/quality in plants) to compile required data.• To arrange all Schedules & Annexure, Stamp Papers, credentials, certificates required in tenders.• To make all necessary compliances, vendor registrations and product creations.• To Submit techno-commercial bid online through E-Procurement Portals, SAP, GEM, IREPS andoffline as in required format by tendering authority.b) Post-Tender Activities• To co-ordinate with clients/procurement• To make drafts of official letters for correspondences/clarifications/amendments.• To participate in reverse auctions.• To participate in technical and financial bid opening and prepare bid summary.• To participate in negotiation and contract finalization.• To prepare note sheet of orders and handover to sales.• To process refund of EMDs after award of contract.Operations-responsible to design & furnish GTPs and set quality parameters as per customer requirements/IS 398 P1,P2,P4,P5/IEC 61089/ASTM B232/B399/B415/B779/B802-803/B856-857/B957-958/B987/BS 215/EN50182/IS14255/IS 1554/IS 7098-responsible to provide technical support to sales & marketing departments-To review contracts/purchase orders/inspection reports/type test reports for technical assessment-To resolve customer queries and compliances-responsible to draft drawings on AutoCAD-to provide assistance in production planning -responsible for BIS correspondence regarding sampling, testing and inspection-to maintain BIS records-responsible for BIS certification and renewal
