ABOUT RISHI RAJ MUKHERJEE

Rishi Raj Mukherjee is a Delhi based Advocate, primarily practicing in the before the Supreme Court, High Courts of Delhi, Punjab & Haryana and Rajasthan, as well as Arbitral Tribunals both domestic and international. Rishi Raj advises and represents clients on matters related to commercial litigation and arbitration. Rishi Raj during his law school, has been involved extensively in mooting and has participated in several International Moot Court Competitions securing accolades to his name. A few of his achievements 2nd Runners-up in the World Rounds of 13th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot, 2021; and Qualified for the World Rounds of 20th John H Jackson Moot Court Competition organized by ELSA and WTO held at the WTO Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland; the Honorable Mention for Claimant Memoranda in the 18th Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot, 2021 etc, along with various Best Speaker awards in National Moots across the country. He has also coached various teams of other universities to achieve glory in International Moots of Arbitration and International Trade. Rishi Raj is also an enthusiast public speaker and plays chess tournaments across the country during leisure.
