Role & Responsibilities: Budgeting and Forecast Process:• To engage closely with different Stakeholders like cost-centre-owners, controllers for major FP & A activities.• Draft a report on product wise revenue, expense impact of product (Local, Regional and Global), allocation-methodology etc before the final close and get sign-off from stakeholders.• Responsible to proactively engage with various stakeholders to support on various request related to consolidation, expense, annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.Reporting / Analytics:• Responsible for producing monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting of GOE f, allocation report.• Preparation and maintaining SQL databases and cubes for various Reports to support the Management needs and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines.• Preparation of QBR, monthly GOE packs, Product Wise PnL, vendor reporting, OPCO pack etc. Getting into discussions with Finance Management as necessary.Month End Oversight activities:• Assist in key month end activities including interaction with the Controllers to provide oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management information, cost allocation, cost booking, accrual management, re-class etc• Working as part of a diverse team spread across the region, interaction with a wide range of people including Regional /Global Finance Owner.Performance Measurement:• Analysing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in P&L lines (Key drivers like expenses, revenue, claims, vendor).• Preparation of monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to different products/functions.• Providing financial support to Business/Functions & assist them in decision making.
