Dealing with state agencies along with Plant admin, Safety & environment team. Dealing with professional bodies FICCI & CII for several purposes. Maintaining IR harmony by Grievance redressal. System developed for non-accumulation of grievances and keep the manufacturing associates motivated. Spearheaded union related cases & Participation & approval of wage revision LTS Safety, Health & Environmental aspects monitoring and control by Hazard Identification and Risk assessment. To ensure that EMP’s are implemented in defined timelines. Management of Audits for Insurance & Certification. ISO 90••••15 & compliant plant. Lean management initiatives 5S, TPM, FMEA etc. Mentoring & Development plans for HOD’s & Section managers towards Team building, innovating & Agility. Professional level skill for Plant Lay outing, Capacity Improvement, Process management, RO & DI water plant, Waste & Hazardous material, Painting and Sealing Robots, Large Air Supply Units equipped with chiller of 2400T & gas burner heating. Hot water generators, Heating ovens & heat recovery units’ operation and their management. Led customer Visit and initial problem mapping after each new model launch. Training and Exposure to various international environment AOTS Japan, SMC Japan, ABB-Japan, and Honda plants at Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.
