ABOUT RISHBHA

I am an experienced professional with ~5 years of diverse and progressive work experience in the Telecom, Défense, and Energy sectors, which has furthered my strategic planning, critical thinking, and communication skills. I have experience in Deployment Management, Quality Assurance, Risk & Contingency Planning, Global Communications Management, and Change & Business Operations Management. I enjoy interacting with people; Stakeholders & Client Management has been one of my strong suits. I aspire to be a strategist and have been leveraging my MBA experience to enhance my strategic thinking and leadership skills. I am an enthusiastic and continuous learner who is driven by teamwork and a collective sense of purpose. I like working in teams of passionate people who collaborate and learn from each other while working towards making clients\' life easier. As a strong believer in inclusion and equality, I strive to work in and create an inclusive & diverse work culture. I was one of the 18 students selected from a group of ~200 students to represent the Ted Rogers School of Management in the MBA Games 2022. As a member of the Ted Rogers MBA Games team, I was among the top contributors, taking initiative and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I led the Bollywood Dance Team for the MBA Games Spirit Challenge, walked ~120 km over a period of 2 weeks as a member of the Athletics Team, and made it into the final round of the Academic Case Competition. Our team secured 1st Rank in the Spirit Challenge and 3rd Rank Overall in Canada while competing against 17 top business schools of Canada. I realized that Team Spirit and a shared sense of achievement have always motivated me to do better. When not working, you will find me in a yoga session, trying a new choreography, reading a book, or simply enjoying nature! I am extremely interested in International Relations and a constant follower of changing global dynamics. Great orators & public speakers inspire me and my current favourite is Palki Sharma Upadhyay (Chief Editor, WION). I enjoy learning new skills. My latest personal initiative has been learning volleyball and I am absolutely loving the sport!
