About Rishav Dugar
Involved in the process of delivering volumes by converting DIGITAL feeds into pure business volumes by creating leads and subsequently logins, approvals, disbursals. Managing a team strength of 500+ agents and 50+ Reportee\'s spread across 6 Contact Centres (ATPL, Ison, Cogent, Stream, Rural Shores) and couple of Slash calling units across the Geography. As Call Centre Head for Salaried Loans Business, have been able to take the overall monthly portfolio to 279 crs and aiming to cross 300 crs in this financial year. This, the aim is to cross 3600 crs annually through execution rigor. Also responsible for managing our stakeholders and major ones being our Web and App team.
