Proficiently coordinate end-to-end proposal preparation and submission process, ensuring timely distribution of RFPQ/RFP information, creation of responsibility matrices, and management of deadlines• Contributes to leadership and strategic direction for proposals, and reports on client pipeline, internal business development strategies, capture planning, proposal efforts, and debriefs related to that client/portfolio.• Conduct presentations on proposal pursuit viability to senior management and obtain required approvals e.g. legal, insurance and bonding, and health and safety.• Utilize SWOT Analysis to assist the bid team in crafting its value proposition. • Leads the writing and editing of key proposal sections such as executive summaries, past performance sections, management approaches, win themes, and resumes/staffing sections for must-win pursuits.• Perform thorough editing and proofreading to ensure responsiveness and compliance. • Utilize latest software and processes for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). • Oversee and manage internal proposal team coordinators and other pursuit bid team members, locally and internationally.• Contributes to internal training on topics related to core processes, tools, practices or other special topics, as needed.• Manage all bid team communications, pursuit logistics, schedules, and responsibilities and expectations to ensure we meet bid deadlines.• Ability to manage multiple proposals independently. • Develop and manage the SharePoint site and bid library to ensure all documents are updated as necessary. • Develop processes and procedures for continual improvement of the Proposal and Business Development process.• Utilize multiple tools for preparation of proposals; Adobe Creative Cloud, In-design, Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Bi• Member of Indigenous at Bird Employee Resource Group advocating for Indigenous members
