As an experienced product-oriented engineering leader in applied machine learning, I specialize in delivering high-quality products using ML systems.At Spector.ai, we are on a mission to build Agentic Twins for the industrial sector, disrupting the space by leveraging the synergy between traditional ML models and the reasoning power of LLMs. As Co-founder and CTO, I lead our engineering team in building the scalable infrastructure and intelligence required to bring this vision to life.Before Spector, I was an ML Tech Lead at Google within the Conversational Intelligence team. I led the development of a production-grade extraction system that transformed raw conversational data into real-time, actionable intelligence through robust data pipelines and scalable ML serving infrastructure. My work involved fine-tuning Gemini models in close collaboration with Google DeepMind and building the serving infrastructure that now drives multiple intelligence projects within Google Ads.Earlier in my career, I spent over a decade as an Algorithmic Trader at Tower Research Capital. I built trading desks from the ground up, led trading initiatives in new markets, and developed predictive models for high-frequency, ultra-low latency environments.
