HEY HEY HEY! Oh sorry, this is supposed to be serious. Okay. TAKE 2 and ACTION! I belong to the city of Lucknow and I consider myself fortunate to have lived here, for I have imbibed the humility, courteousness, and generosity that the city is known for. I am proud of my heritage, and consider myself a humble, truthful, and highly empathetic person. I strongly believe in reciprocation and that we receive what we give. This philosophy has proven worthy to me in both my professional and personal life and I strongly abide by it. I have a keen interest in calligraphy, and more than often I find ink-stains on my hands and catch myself practicing in the air with my fingers. Calligraphy made me realize that if I put my heart into something I want to achieve, my passion and motivation will fuel me to drive it to perfection. I tend to my work with sincere love and strive to learn from each passing opportunity. My amazing amazing College - Christ (Deemed to be University) and its curriculum introduced me to a subject I found particularly interesting and connected with it. My general perspective towards life and my interest in this subject slowly made it the central point of my career path. I had found my passion in Human Resource Management, and to know that it is all about people makes it all the more exciting! I have stepped into this extremely interesting segment of Human Resources which has given me insight about how much importance this particular segment holds with respect to the long term success of any company on our planet and that is, TALENT ACQUISITION! Over multiple internships and very interesting roles, I have realized that this field will give me a lot of perspective into the management of multiple fronts - candidates, stakeholder and market - which will help me grow into a Talent Acquisition Leader or even at a broader scale, Human Resources Field. Long Term Goal : Setting milestones which will be used as an example by the aficionados who will walk the grounds of this field known as Human Resources.
