   Technical Team Lead for a multi-quarter VP-level goal responsible for designing and implementing key components of an innovative goal seeking bidder driving X% increase in user reach and -Y% lower CPM. Led a team of 3 engineers to build a high performance low latency bid flow enriching system that operated at 6M TPS for reads and 1M TPS for writes. Leveraged Java and Redis as an in-memory cache and key-value store to meet strict latency and throughput requirements.Cross-Functional Technical Leader, for a multi-quarter SVP-level goal, scoping design at the org level, leading a team of 3 engineers, collaborating with PM, UX, QA, Front End, API and other teams across Amazon Ads to successfully deliver Multi Level Frequency Cap, a parity feature with competitors like Trade Desk. Ensured alignment with business objectives, maintained technical quality while managing tight timelines and de-risking the project multiple times.Conceptualized and designed a new system to enable frequency management capability for a new type of supply.
