Reviewing bank’s products such as personal current and savings account, business checking accounts alerted with the customer’s transactions Conducting complex case investigations on triggered customer accounts to compile evidence regarding potential illicit activity posing Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing risks Identify, investigate and document reports of unusual or suspicious activity Maintaining proper due diligence using internal databases in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and other regulatory standards Conducting transaction analysis of the alerted accounts to identify the relationship between the customer and counterparties involved Reviewing customers source of funds and destination of funds Review, evaluate, escalate potential customers basis sanction, watchlist, PEP screening and World Check Ensuring targets are met with optimum quality and counts are on a daily basis Raising Request for Information (RFI) to Relationship Managers of the alerted client to get information on transactions posing risk to obtain appropriate customer explanation Reviewing customer documents to check for accuracy, completeness and ensuring all supporting documents are uploaded in the bank system with proper KYC check
