My role is crucial in shaping our strategic direction and maximizing our impact in the market.I manage the prioritization of features and deliveries, ensuring we effectively meet demand while aligning with our available capacity and capabilities. By identifying and attracting top talent, I aim to build high-performing teams that can significantly enhance our operational effectiveness and innovation.I inspire teams to elevate their work maturity and delivery standards, collaborating closely with EMs, Product Managers (PMs), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to guarantee consistent, high-quality outcomes.
