ABOUT RISHABH MENON

I was raised a production engineer, but my real passion lies in bringing together people and purpose through creativity, communication, and compassion. Life has blessed me with countless lives before I turned 26. By the time I was 18, I had lived in 10 cities, each more diverse and unique than before. So, starting from scratch and adapting to build relations had become something of a nasty routine :)The choice of engineering was pretty simple, considering the validation a 17-year-old got for his cute little scale-up idea about prototype manufacturing in India for global tenders. During my undergrad, I ventured heavily into materials science, likening it to modern alchemy, and seldom did I get tired of it. I love writing and performing speeches, and seldom will I get tired of that :) But the only thing I’m tired of (now) is to keep looking for the middle ground. At Bajaj, I developed manufacturing designs for critical vehicular parts of commercial bikes. There, I channelled my imagination into designing production processes through various brainstorming sessions with cross-functional departments. Soon, I managed operations at the supplier end, with which came the responsibility to upskill juniors and factory-level workers to make better decisions. That\'s when I found my middle ground. After 3 beautiful years, I decided to pivot with purpose, and I caught a flight to Paris to pursue my master\'s in management at ESCP. I am currently doing my third semester specialisation in Entrepreneurship at the Berlin campus of ESCP, and I look forward to meaningful opportunities starting from January 2026.
