About Rishabh Jain
Hey! I am Rishabh, an E Commerce Manager by profession, helping businesses set up and run their eCommerce businesses independently and sustainably.I have had an interest in entrepreneurship since the beginning of my college days, was a part of the entrepreneurship development cell of DTU for four years of my engineering, and followed the same at IIM Shillong also.My entrepreneurship journey started in 2015 with my first eCommerce startup named 25carat.com. It was a fashion jewelry B2C brand; we sold fashion jewelry through our site as well as marketplaces. The business reached to heights of 400 orders per day but could not sustain due to changing policies of marketplaces and died down by the end of 2016. This made me realized that brands need to build capabilities such that they can function independently of marketplaces also.Currently, I am associated with two startups. First, Steorra Jewels, an eCommerce startup focused on providing affordable fashion jewelry with excellent customer service, and second Punya Naturals, taking Pure Organic honey products in more than 50 flavors to every nook and corner of the country and beyond.I like to focus on building a tech infrastructure such that there are minimal losses in the sales funnel and customer flow through the funnel is smooth because we all know that ads are expensive and inevitable.
