Rishabh has 8+ years of global experience across diverse Finance functions and is currently the Senior Finance Manager for Windows for Consumer Business Worldwide at Microsoft based in USA.Current role includes Investment Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Market Compete analysis for Windows product Globally. His focus area is to drive Windows business strategy for consumer segment in partnership with Category, Marketing, Sales, Regional and Worldwide leadership for all Geographies across the World. Prior to this role, he was based out of Singapore working as Finance Manager for Office product in Asia responsible for driving revenue growth, planning & forecasting and P&L management for Office product for all Geographies in Asia (Greater China Region, Southeast Asia, Korea, India, Australia/New Zealand & Japan). In addition to the BAU responsibilities, Rishabh was also driving process transformation to simplify data reporting and drive deeper business insights for Asia consumer devices & productivity business. Prior to Microsoft, Rishabh led the pricing team for the Banking and Capital Markets vertical in Genpact along with the Commercial Analytics & Reporting arm of the Commercial function. He was involved in creating commercial strategies and financial proposals for the BCM clients across the globe. He managed a team of 8 senior resources to drive client negotiations, financial modelling and developing deal strategies in partnership with the top management.Rishabh is a graduate of the flagship Financial Management Program (FMP) of GE. In the 2 years of the leadership program at GE, he has worked in various finance functions covering Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial and Project financing and Financial Reporting (SEC and Corporate) across different industry sectors including Oil & Gas, Solar Power and Gas Power.In over two years at GE, he garnered global business experience by undertaking an assignment of 6 months in the GE Corporate in the USA apart from attending business trainings in China and Singapore.Rishabh has keen interests in corporate and strategic finance and is actively looking for challenging opportunities in the same. With his diverse finance exposures in varied industries, he has gained excellent stakeholder management skills and business acumen. Rishabh is a Green Belt in lean six sigma and an MBA graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering.
