My career began as a 4th-grade teacher through Teach For America in Oakland, where I saw firsthand how systems-level challenges impact the student experience. Since then, I’ve developed the skills to tackle complex projects through roles at EY-Parthenon and Education Resource Strategies (ERS).At ERS, I worked alongside large urban districts like Detroit and Seattle to redesign high schools and analyze resource use.
