ABOUT RISHABH SEHGAL

I have good experience in the field of litigation as well as of in house councils. I have done 8 internships. the 1st one in District Court, Tis Hazari which was a Litigation Team for the period of two months. 2nd one in District Court, Rohini which was a Litigation team for the period of two months. The 3rd one in District Court, Tis Hazari which was a Litigation team for the period of two months. 4th one with GMR Energy Limted as in-house councils, GMR Energy Limted was a great platform for me to get the basic knowledge about Corporate Laws and Energy Laws. 5th one in High court of Delhi, which was a Litigation team for the period of three months. 6th one with Quick Company Pvt, Ltd, where i learned about the incorporation of company, llp, gst registration,etc for the period of two months.7th one with Hari Global Advisory Services where i learned about the taxation matters.Last interned with the Peritia Law Chambers, in which i have learned drafting of Writ, legal notice, complaint of Nclt and various other things such as appeared in court and commissions for the matters Also I have excellent verbal communications skills and have good knowledge about MS WORD and MS EXCEL.
