My role involves leading the preparation of MIS packs, board decks, and investor updates, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. I also manage end-to-end legal and compliance processes, including term sheet coordination, SHA/SPA documentation, cap table management, and statutory filings under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations. Additionally, I act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external advisors, facilitating efficient execution of financial and strategic initiatives.
