Responsible for last mile operations of multiple DC/ ODH/HUB/branches.2. Responsible to arrange maximum deliveries within TAT. Also, decreasing aging of the shipments.3. Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensure zero missing shipments with value and count.4. Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.5. Monitor the NDR/RTO and finding solutions for reducing monthly NDR & RTO %.6. Need to minimize the TAT failure and plan strategies accordingly.7. Construct Strategy to improve the operations scorecard. Evaluate and reduce operations cost.8. Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.9. Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization.10. Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.
