My role centers on delivering scalable, resilient automation solutions that improve process reliability, reduce manual effort, and enable data-driven decision-making.Core Responsibilities:1) Perform in-depth process analysis, collect and analyze data to identify areas of improvement in terms of cost & time savings in the organization and IT infrastructure. 2) Lead cross-functional discovery sessions to capture business requirements, document requirements & solution details in DSD, and design optimized future-state processes.3) Define automation strategies aligned with organizational goals, embedding process standardization and best practices in solution design.4) Design and develop solutions, process automations, and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and RPA bots.5) Build exception handling frameworks, error tracking, and logging mechanisms to maximize efficiency, ensure robust, fault-tolerant automation with minimal downtime throughout the software development lifecycle6) Drive code reusability and modular development practices to enhance scalability and reduce maintenance overhead.7) Perform rigorous Testing on the developed solutions.8) Present automation roadmaps, status updates, and performance reports to leadership, focusing on efficiency gains, error reductions, and ROI metrics.9) Conduct training workshops and establish internal RPA knowledge-sharing frameworks, building self-sufficiency within teams and promoting a culture of digital enablement.10) Review and maintain IT systems/automation solutions and handle all IT tickets related to software/applications created by users throughout the organization
