Developed a Python-based automation tool to generate.cfg files for various 4G network nodes, reducing manual configuration time from days to minutes. Modified the tool to accommodate evolving requirements by adding support for additional parameters, ensuring adaptability to diverse node configurations. Implemented threading for parallel execution and added caching, significantly improving performance and reducing runtime. Built a custom Excel validator module to perform structural and format validation on input configuration files. Integrated real-time error notifications to detect and correct inconsistencies caused by human errors in Excel sheets. Enabled seamless data extraction and validation from user-maintained Excel sheets, streamlining the cfg generation process.
