As part of the Noon Payments team, I manage end-to-end operations and financial functions for the Noon Payment Gateway. My core responsibilities include process and product improvements, process testing/implementation, stakeholder management, and overseeing analytics, vendor management, and financial operations (FinOps) to drive business growth and efficiency. Currently, I lead both the Operations and Financial teams for the Noon PG business.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end merchant onboarding for Noon Payment Gateway, ensuring seamless integration and setup.Manage EMI transactions, coordinating with banks and partnership teams for smooth operations.Design and implement new processes, SOPs and process flows to streamline operations.Closely monitor transaction success rates, promptly addressing discrepancies or red flags.Plan and execute monthly/annual database clean-ups to ensure data integrity.Optimize Power BI dashboards to improve the visibility of transactional data, ensuring smooth reporting and decision-making.Drive product and process improvements by identifying automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.Process monthly invoices and manage the recovery process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on various group projects to achieve organizational goals.
