About Rishabh Guha
With a background in mechanical engineering, I pursued my graduate research in the domain of computational materials science. This led to exciting research projects which enhanced the understanding of the elusive atomic-scale interactions influencing the dielectric state of absorbed moisture in a polymer network. The implications from this work is being actively pursued to develop a non-destructive damage evaluation technique for in-service polymer composites.I proceeded to work as a postdoctoral researcher in the Persson Group at Berkeley where I picked up additional skills in high-throughput computation and machine learning.I am currently working as a Machine Learning engineer at Schrödinger where I am trying to combine my experience with computational simulations and machine learning to answer exciting questions in battery development.Outside of work, I like exploring the outdoors and I also consider myself an amateur movie buff.
