   HouseworksInc: Joined the company and immediately contributed my test management skills to the Houseworks project, a healthcare-focused web app in the US. Concurrently, I embarked on gaining hands-on experience with Automation testing using Robot Framework. Orderlabs: In the domain of online food aggregation, I stepped in to manage testing for the Orderlabs project. Leveraging my E-commerce expertise, I collaborated closely with a small team of four to ensure effective testing and maintain strong working relationships.PlumHQ: I assumed the role of the primary QA resource for the Plum project in the insurance domain. My rigorous testing efforts on both the Android and iOS apps significantly reduced the occurrence of user-facing issues, contributing to the successful launch of a bug-free version.KredX: Within the fintech domain, I\'ve taken on the responsibility of managing the QA team for the KredX project. I\'ve upheld robust testing practices and played a pivotal role in launching multiple production releases. Additionally, I\'ve provided valuable product insights to enhance the overall user experience.Bitespeed: An AI-native marketing, support, and chatbots suite for 2500+ E-commerce brands, Here I established the testing framework ensuring comprehensive test coverage for existing features, and implementing necessary tools, including setting up efficient processes for tracking production issues through customized Jira reports and dashboards which now has significantly reduced the number of concerns raised by the customer support teams.
